TestFlight feedback
If you're testing a pre-release build, use the built-in
Send Beta Feedback button in the TestFlight app —
screenshots and device info come along automatically, which makes
bugs much faster to fix.

Subscription & billing —
manage your Outlaw Jack Pro subscription in
App Store → Settings → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple per their policy.

A pick is showing the wrong result —
tap and hold the pick card, send us the pick ID and the game,
and we'll re-run the auto-settler.

Forgot your password — tap
Forgot Password on the login screen. Links expire in 15 minutes.

Account deletion — Settings → Danger Zone →
Delete My Account, or email us to confirm and we'll wipe everything.

Restore purchases — Settings → Subscription →
Restore. Apple ties the entitlement to your Apple ID, so this
works across devices.
