2. Who We Are
Outlaw Jack is operated by an individual developer doing business as "Outlaw Jack." We are not a licensed sportsbook, casino, or financial institution. The App provides AI-powered sports analysis for educational and entertainment purposes only.
3. Who This App Is For
The App is intended exclusively for adults aged 21 and older in jurisdictions where accessing sports betting analysis tools is lawful. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are under 21, you may not use this App.
4. Information We Collect
4.1 Information You Provide Directly
Account data: Username and email address at registration.
Password: Hashed before storage — never stored in plain text.
Chat messages: Transmitted to our servers to generate AI responses.
Logged picks and bets: Data you manually enter into the bet tracker.
4.2 Information Collected Automatically
Authentication tokens: A JWT stored on your device to keep you logged in.
Server logs: IP address, device type, OS version, and request timestamps (used for security and debugging only).
Subscription status: Whether your subscription is active, expired, or in a trial period — received from RevenueCat.
4.3 What We Do NOT Collect

Advertising identifiers or third-party tracking data
5. How We Use Your Information
Provide core app features (authentication, AI analysis, pick tracking)

7. Data Retention
Account data: Retained until you delete your account.
Chat messages: Up to 90 days, then deleted.
Logged picks: Until you delete them or delete your account.

Subscription records: Up to 7 years for accounting purposes as required by law.
8. Data Security
Passwords are hashed. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS (HTTPS). JWT tokens expire periodically. Access to production databases is restricted to authorized personnel. No method of storage is 100% secure — if you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Access and correction: Email support@outlawjack.app to request a copy of your data or correct inaccuracies.
Account deletion: Email us with subject "Account Deletion Request." We process requests within 30 days.
Marketing opt-out: We do not currently send marketing emails. If that changes, every email will include an unsubscribe link.
10. California Residents — CCPA Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Submit requests to support@outlawjack.app with subject "California Privacy Request." We respond within 45 days.
Right to Know: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you, the sources, our purposes for collecting it, and third parties we share it with.
Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell your personal information. No action needed.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not penalize you for exercising your CCPA rights.
11. Children's Privacy — COPPA Compliance
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. The App requires users to be 21 or older. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, contact us immediately.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we will also notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
