1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Outlaw Jack iOS application and related services (the "App"), operated by Outlaw Jack ("we," "us," or "our").

BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE APP.

2. Eligibility

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 21 years of age.
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Your use of the App is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing sports betting analysis tools is legal where you are.
You are not located in a jurisdiction where the App's content is prohibited by law.

We do not verify your age or jurisdiction. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the App.

3. Nature of the Service — Educational Purposes Only

3.1 What the App Is

Outlaw Jack is an AI-powered sports analysis and educational tool. It provides AI-generated commentary and recommendations, allows you to log bets placed elsewhere for tracking purposes, and offers subscription-based access to premium features.

3.2 What the App Is NOT

The App is not a sportsbook. Outlaw Jack does not accept wagers, handle gambling funds, guarantee accuracy of any recommendation, or hold a gambling license in any jurisdiction.

3.3 No Financial or Investment Advice

ALL CONTENT PROVIDED BY THE APP IS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, OR A GUARANTEE OF ANY OUTCOME. PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BETS YOU CHOOSE TO PLACE.

4. Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing this App is lawful in your jurisdiction and to comply with all applicable laws regarding sports betting. We make no representation that the App is appropriate or available in any particular location. We are not liable for any consequences you face from using the App where it is unlawful.

5. Account Registration and Security

Provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration.
Maintain the confidentiality of your password and take responsibility for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately at support@outlawjack.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may create only one account. Multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or exploit free trials are prohibited.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Price: $9.99/month (subject to change with 30 days' advance notice).
Billing: Processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase. We never see your payment details. Contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com for billing issues.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: Cancel at any time via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Outlaw Jack → Cancel Subscription. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
Refunds: All purchases are final except as required by law or Apple's refund policies. Submit refund requests to Apple.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App if you are under 21 or in a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful
Resell or commercially exploit analysis or picks from the App
Scrape, reverse engineer, or extract content from the App
Use bots or automated tools to interact with the App
Attempt unauthorized access to the App or our servers
Share your account credentials with any third party
Circumvent any subscription or access controls
Use the App in violation of any applicable law

8. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content — software, AI-generated analysis, graphics, logos, and interface design — are owned by Outlaw Jack or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part without our express written permission. You retain ownership of content you create in the App (logged picks, notes); you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY ANALYSIS WILL BE ACCURATE OR PROFITABLE.

10. Responsible Gambling

If you choose to place sports bets, please do so responsibly. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. Use deposit limits and self-exclusion tools offered by licensed sportsbooks.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL OUTLAW JACK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, OR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES FROM BETS PLACED BASED ON THE APP'S CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50.00 USD.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Outlaw Jack from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, any applicable law, or any financial losses from bets placed based on the App's content.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Before filing any formal claim, contact us at support@outlawjack.app to attempt informal resolution. Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@outlawjack.app within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms.

14. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and Outlaw Jack only — not with Apple. Outlaw Jack, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, and support. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Your use is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

15. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date and communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
